Role - Design and Sales Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Design and Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical design expertise and strong client communication skills to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop design plans tailored to each client's unique space.

• Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision and requirements.

• Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional aspects of design.

• Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces to showcase design concepts.

• Develop detailed floor plans to integrate new designs seamlessly into existing spaces.

• Conduct client meetings to discuss budget, design requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience with the latest design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).

• Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and work with multiple teams.

• Willingness to travel, if required.
