Job Description for CRM Executive

In this role, he/she will coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to boost the

company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. Ultimately, we

want to increase revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-

oriented company.

Qualifications:

● 1-2 years of relevant experience

● Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Coordinating and adjusting services or products according to client needs

● Handling incoming calls, filtering positive leads, and forwarding them to the relevant sales team

● Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc

● Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

● Ensuring the implementation of an effective customer service system

● Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills

● Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals from various departments and managerial levels

● Developing comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits

● Providing advice to customers on suitable products and dealer selection based on their needs and specifications

● Following up on sales inquiries through website chats, emails, and inbound calls

● Ensuring the CRM system supports a productive sales funnel

● Assisting in organizing promotional events to reach potential customers.
