Job Description (Managerial):
1) Organizing job trainings to the team members, sub-ordinates and workers on the products.
2) Supervising production team to manage and execute production projects.
3) Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities to reduce the idle time of production.
4) Assign daily workload to the team members.
5) Monitoring the manpower, raw materials, capital, inventory and tool equipments on timely basis.
6) Schedule equipment maintenance on regular basis.
7) Overseeing production processes, re-planning timescales or schedules as necessary.
8) Liaising among different department to ensure to be ready on time for the dispatch.
9) Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
10) Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
11) Investigate production issues, executing research and development (R & D ) on new components and develop resolutions.
12) Guiding the staffs and workers on the DO’s and Don’ts in production floor.
13) Ensuring that all workers to maintain 5S in the organization.
14) Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution.
15) Develop production programs and guidelines to support company objectives.
16) Develop project budget and maintain expenses within the budget.
17) Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
18) Operating with Long term capacity decision which involves a long term commitment to the organization for better product quality and productivity.
19) Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
20) Extracting and submitting the daily, weekly and monthly projects reports to the production head on regular basis.
21) Monitoring workers performance and resolving issues on time to time basis for the smooth flow of work environment.
22) Ensure the team members and workers follows company policies and avoid industrial accidents with safety precautions and standards.
23) Adhering to the KRA & KPI and acting on time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers.

Technical :
1) Monitoring entire production activities which involves Profile, Glass, Wood, Assembly, Nova Section and involved in overall classical doors production
2) Technically preparing and conducting training to the installation teams to learn about every system of work and execute the same in site without flaws.
3) Preparing the designs as given by the sales team and executing the same by using software’s like AutoCAD, Coreldraw and Bazis.
4) Involving in technical discussions ( showrooms ) with production heads, showroom team, designer’s, execute and designing the production process work flow.
5) Organizing demo’s with sales teams on newly arrived components and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the products.
6) Solving technical doubts of sales team and other regions.
7) Developing and training additional teams for emergency tasks.
8) Sound knowledge of operating machines.
Requirements
Software Skills: Auto Cad 2D & 3D, SolidWorks/Catia, Any 3D Modelling Software, IMOS, COOHOM, Decohub and M.S Office.
Machine Knowledge : Single and Double Mitre Profile Cutting machine, Drilling machine, Milling machine, Glass Cutting machine, Vacuum/Membrane Press machine, Panel Saw machine, Edge polish and beveling machine and Digital Printing Machine respectively.
