- Maintaining a database of available candidates who are on the bench (not currently assigned to a project) and matching their skills and experience with client requirements.
- Negotiating and finalizing contract terms with clients, including rates, project duration, and other relevant details.
- Actively marketing and promoting available candidates to clients through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and networking platforms
