Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Record Retrieval. As a Record Retrieval, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing information from various sources to support our clients' needs. Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in record retrieval or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong convincing skills to gather required information
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in data entry management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Effective team management and collaboration
- Knowledge of medical billing processes is a plus

- Retrieve and compile records from various sources, such as databases, files, and online platforms
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of retrieved records
- Organize and maintain records in a systematic manner
