Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Voice Process. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for handling international calls and providing exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and it is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6 months of international calling experience in a BPO or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international customer inquiries via phone and provide accurate and timely information
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer calls and data confidentiality
