Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Voice Process. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for handling international calls and providing exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 months of international calling experience in a BPO or similar environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international customer inquiries via phone and provide accurate and timely information
• Assist customers with product or service-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer calls and data confidentiality
