Customer Service Back-office

As a Back Office Administrative Support working onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What you’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love

helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

 Support the customer service team to complete the customer experience

 Ensure accuracy of data and research to ensure a positive experience

 May be sending and validating documentation, working in data bases to check information correctness

What You Bring to the Role

 6 month and more customer service experience – Fresher welcome to apply

 High school diploma or equivalent

 5 Days - 2 Days Week off which also be Rotational

 Computer experience

 Reside in Ahmedabad and work from on-site

Primary Location : India-Gujarat-Ahmedabad Salary:

Fresher: UPTO 26K CTC+ Attractive Incentives + night allowances+ more Experienced: UPTO 32K CTC + Attractive Incentives + night allowances+ more Shift time: Rotational Shift

Working Days: 5 Days - 2 Days Week off which also be Rotational Location: sarkej, Ahmedabad
