Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Chat Process. As a part of our international chat process team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries through chat conversations. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, who possesses excellent communication skills and has a strong command of the English language.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat-based customer support systems
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide online chat support to customers and address their queries and concerns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team lead
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends
