Salary: 27k to 34k CTC (Fresher)
Job Description:
Ø To escalate the queries of the customer via Call
Ø Resolve the customer issue for customers.
Ø To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Ø Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
Ø Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Ø Qualification: 12th and Above
Ø Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
Ø Computer Knowledge
