Job Overview
Position: International Chat Process (Customer Support)
Location: Ahmedabad (100% Onsite Job)
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Days Week Off on rotational basis)
Working Hours: 9 Hours working including 1 Hour break
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via international chat process
- Assist customers with queries and concerns through chat support
- Maintain high-quality service standards in web chat interactions
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies for customer communication
Minimum Qualification:
- HSC required
- Excellent communication skills in English language
