Job Overview

We are seeking an International AR Caller - US Healthcare to join our team at Arise Solution, a leading Recruitment & Staffing Firm. As an International AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions for our US Healthcare clients. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of US Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and payment posting. This role requires working in the US Shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an International AR Caller in US Healthcare
• Expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM) in US Healthcare
• Proficiency in payment posting in US Healthcare
• Strong knowledge of international patient calling in US Healthcare
• Ability to work in the US Shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines
