JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- You must to contact the university and tell them about the upcoming trade fair in Dubai.

- Their responsibilities include meeting with University at the venue to help with set-up & doing participate in Expo 2023.

- Taking immediate response from the university whether to participate in the expo or not

- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.

- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

- Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings infront of university.

- You'll need to travel to visit University, clients, partners, sponsors, venues and other suppliers. 

- Explaining relevant information about Expo2023 to University may help them make a quicker decision about whether they want to participate it.

Required Skills:-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event

- sales and marketing skills to promote the event and attract sponsorship

- a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach

- You must attend the event no matter what if it is held outside of Delhi and India.

- When an event manager has a deadline to meet, there is no time off until the event is a success.
