Duties and Responsibilities:

·        End-to-end recruitment for the IT and non-IT industries

·        Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.

·        Handling the entire recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT

·        Using all job portals in the recruitment industry.

·        Referencing and mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures.

·        Negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out.

·        Arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates.

·        Mass mailing and job posting to receive the maximum resume for the various profiles.

·        Maintaining an internal database for future references
