Job Role: PMS Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and filing of reports to be filed with SEBI and APMI.
2. Periodic updation of Disclosure Document.
3. Review of Marketing Materials.
4. Drafting/vetting of PMS Agreements.
5. Preparation and review of Policies.
6. Drafting of Compliance reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
7. SAST monitoring.
8. Review of complaints on SEBI Scores platform.
9. Assisting in Internal Audits.
10. Preparation of synopsis of new regulatory circulars and timely circulation of the same.
Require Candidate profile:
● Qualification – CA/ CS/ LLB
● Minimum experience required – CS/ CA/ LLB with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates having asset management experience will be preferred.
● Good communication skills to address concerns of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team.
