We are looking to hire a Senior Research Analyst for our long-only equities investing team. The person will be working in a team managing Rs. 1,000cr AUM across domestic and international funds which are scaling up rapidly. The person can scale up over time and could get an opportunity to run an independent product.

Qualification & Background:

• Preferably, candidates should possess 5-6 years of investment experience, ideally with early training at multinational banks such as GS or JPM
• Extensive experience in researching multiple sectors, spanning both sell-side and buy-side
• Demonstrated track record of generating alpha and generating successful investment perspectives recommendations
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with track record of building complex financial models, conducting detailed financial statement analysis, valuation and investment analysis
• Strong academic credentials from top commerce/engineering/CA/business schools

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms. Compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus.

This will be a fulltime Work from Office role at our Mumbai office. Candidates from outside Mumbai must have clarity on relocating to Mumbai.
