Business Development Executive

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

Identifying new revenue opportunities.

Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.

Collaborating with management on sales goals.

Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required.

Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.

 

Requirements and Qualification:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to sell value and create credibility.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office.

 

Qualification: M.tech, B.tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT or CS) BCA, B.Sc. (IT or CS), PGDCA or MBA

 

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Must be dynamic, flexible, and possesses perseverance skills

Should have an understanding of business objectives and organization structure

The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness

The candidate should possess great attention to detail and also maintain confidentiality and integrity

Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with a commitment to excellence

Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently

Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach.

Excellent multitasking skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
