Job Description:

As an executive assistant to the Managing Director, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. You will be the primary point of contact for the Managing Director and will act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule

meetings, and arrange appointments.

  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements and accommodations for the Managing Director.
  • Provide administrative support, such as drafting and editing correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling expense reports.
  • Manage the Managing Director's email inbox and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information and documents, ensuring their proper handling and storage.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.


 Required Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant to a high-level executive. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
