Hiring Contact Center Reps with sound knowledge of International Voice process.
Fluency in spoken English is a MUST
12th passed or above with 1-3 yrs experience in Inbound / Outbound calling
Worked in any of the medical (equipment, billing, coding, review), legal, pharma, insurance processes.
Preference given to candidates having own vehicle or residing within Thane vicinity
Able to work in US Eastern, Central & Pacific shift (Night shift)
Location : Thane West (Wagle Estate)
Work days - Monday to Friday. Off on Sat-Sun.
