Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Trainee is an entry level position in ARCHER where an undergraduate or recently graduated person learns different skills and gets ready for corporate work culture. The Finance Trainee will be responsible for executing day-to-day transactions as directed by leaders or managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generally, support the day-to-day tasks in the given service line as directed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining and organizing forms and documents.
- Generating and processing necessary transactions to vendors, claimants, and various law firms.
- Coordinating with the different departments to get the work done.
- Develop ad-hoc and automated data reports for executives and managers company-wide.
- Performance additional duties as assigned to support the finance/treasury team.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or management required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work to meet the daily/monthly SLAs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire for continuous process improvement and optimization
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate with fellow employees in different offices across the organization.
