We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and specialize in driving sales and increasing brand visibility on marketplaces such as Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing effective digital marketing strategies, as well as a deep understanding of the marketplace landscape and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility on Amazon and other marketplaces
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify key trends and opportunities in the marketplace
• Optimize product listings, including titles, images, and descriptions, to improve visibility and search rankings. Use keyword research tools to identify the best keywords for products
• Utilize Amazon's advertising tools, such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to drive traffic and increase sales. Monitor and adjust bids and campaigns regularly to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate with the customer service team and respond to feedback and customer reviews
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and making data-driven decisions to improve results. Use analytics tools such as Amazon's Advertising Console, Google Analytics, and others to track and measure the performance of campaigns
• Continuously stay up to date with Amazon's policies and new features, and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketplaces such as Amazon
• Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace and advertising tools
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and experience in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Jira will be a plus.
• Experience with Amazon's Vendor Central, Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms will be a plus.
• Experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns, and experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising will be a plus.
