Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter - Walk In Drive 1st March. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role will require working night shifts as it involves US Staffing. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and benching IT professionals for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Less than 1 year of experience in bench sales or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Ability to work night shifts

• Source, screen, and bench IT professionals for our clients
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable candidates
• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet client requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
