Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our IT courses to colleges and educational institutions, driving student enrollments, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing IT courses or related educational programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our IT courses to colleges and educational institutions.
  2. Identify target colleges and educational institutions for marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with college administrators, faculty members, and student organizations to promote our courses.
  4. Organize and conduct promotional events, workshops, and seminars in colleges to showcase our training programs.
  5. Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to attract student interest.
  6. Utilize online and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, and print media, to reach potential students.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns tailored to the college audience.
  8. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, including student inquiries, website traffic, and enrollment conversions.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for promoting our courses.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities, student engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing IT courses or educational programs in colleges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent networking abilities and the confidence to present and pitch our courses to college administrators and faculty members.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to generating new marketing ideas and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and a genuine interest in promoting opportunities for student learning and professional development.
