Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at AppSierra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the IT services and IT consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Prospect, generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and meetings
  • Identify client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
