Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
• Segment and manage email lists to optimize deliverability and engagement
• Create and optimize email templates and landing pages
• Implement A/B testing to improve email performance
• Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics to identify trends and insights
