Job Description:

·CAD concept generation for Automotive interior parts (IP, DP, CC, Exterior)

·Complete CAD detailing of interior trim parts

·Assembly and layout preparation as per program requirement

·Checking for tooling and manufacturing feasibility.

·Ensure process feasibility of the product design and A-Surfaces

·Implementation of RPS, GD&T

General Competencies:

·Knowledge of interior trim parts

·Knowledge of plastic manufacturing and part tooling requirements

·TCUA experience and Drawing knowledge will be added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·Working experience in CATIA V5 & UGNX

·Knowledge of interior trim & Exterior parts

·Knowledge of plastic design and modelling

·Knowledge of materials used in interior trim parts.

·Experience in concept and master section generation

·Knowledge of RPS, GD&T and Perceived Quality

·Basic knowledge of DFMEA

·Knowledge of DFA and DFM

·PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
