Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Lead Qualification Executive to join our team at AppitSimple Infotek Pvt. Ltd. The position is based in Ahmedabad and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads generated through various channels to support our sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year.
• Strong lead generation skills to identify potential sales opportunities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with prospects and internal team members.
• Effective negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
• Proficient in lead qualification to assess the viability of potential clients.
• Experience with the US process, understanding its nuances and requirements.
• Capability in telecalling to reach a wide range of prospects through cold calls.
• Ability to work in a voice-based process, ensuring clarity and professionalism during calls.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from various marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Present our company to potential clients and explain product offerings.
• Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and competitors.
