Roles & Responsibilities :

-Communicate with customers through calls, live chat,  or email.

-Receive and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over calls.

-Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.

-Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for products and services.

-Close sales deals on call or product demonstration.

Requirements:

-Superior sales skills.

-Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience.

-Written business communication skills.
