Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for driving inbound sales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, especially for international calling and inbound sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on international calling (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in inbound sales, with the ability to convert leads to customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound activities.
  • Engage with potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
  • Provide product information of our software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed demo targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
