Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with the Founder to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

•  Lead investor relations efforts, including preparing presentations, financial reports, and communication materials for investors and stakeholders.

•  Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders to communicate the company's strategic direction and performance.

•  Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.

•  Oversee the development of business plans, financial forecasts, and budgeting processes to support long-term strategic goals.

•  Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

•  Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder on key business decisions, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

•  Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

•  Experience in investor relations, financial analysis, and business planning.

•  Strategic mindset with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.

•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
