Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored onboarding plans.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gather client needs and configure the SaaS product to align with their goals.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including data migration, customization, integration, and training.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for optimizing the use of our SaaS product to meet specific business needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts based on client needs and usage patterns.
- Document and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in customer onboarding, preferably catering to mid-market and Large Enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and their implementation, with technical aptitude to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex client requirements.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
