Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to understand their data needs and help them make data-driven decisions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to drive operational efficiency.

- Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key business metrics.

- Prepare and present findings to leadership and stakeholders to drive data-based decision-making.

- Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of business models and forecasts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure CallHippo remains competitive.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.

- Knowledge of cloud communication and telephony systems is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
