1. Planning of training schedule and delivering training sessions for new hires and tenured employees (as per training quality parameters).
2. Monitoring training, OJTs, mentoring, evaluations.
3. Arranging and maintaining all the hardware related to training.
4. Conducting trials for new hires & preparing trial reports as & when required.
5. Coordination & mails after training & mentoring completion + handover formalities.
6. Making the new joiners aware of the company background & general policies.
7. Performance evaluation.
