We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our academy business. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential students, answering their inquiries, and promoting our courses and programs. Your primary goal will be to increase student enrollment and support the growth of our academy.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential students via telephone to introduce our academy and its programs.
2. Answer incoming calls and address inquiries about courses, schedules, fees, and registration processes.
3. Follow up with potential students through calls or emails to provide additional information and support.
4. Maintain a database of student contacts and update relevant information regularly.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for increasing student enrollment.
6. Meet weekly and monthly targets for student conversion and enrollment.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential and current students.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
6. High school diploma; additional certification in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
