Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting:
• Prepare and generate regular management reports, dashboards, and business insights based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data.
• Maintain and update internal databases with accurate data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, offering insights to help improve business processes and performance.
• Provide support in the creation of ad-hoc reports as required by management for informed decision-making.
• MIS System Maintenance:
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data stored in the management information systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to MIS systems and tools and work with IT teams for resolutions.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Liaise with different departments to understand reporting requirements and ensure MIS systems align with their needs.
• Present findings, insights, and data-driven recommendations to management and relevant teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and suggest improvements in data collection, reporting methods, and workflows to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data handling procedures, data privacy laws, and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and reporting software.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a user-friendly format.
• Communication Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Organizational Skills:
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
