Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or medical imaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
