We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our inbound marketing efforts, optimize lead generation strategies, and enhance our digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing) to generate high-quality MQLs and nurture leads.
  • Implement and optimize organic SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase traffic, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage and execute demand generation strategies, including lead segmentation, audience targeting, and personalized outreach.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and social media ad campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
  • Track and analyze website performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to refine strategies.
  • Manage and optimize CRM integration and marketing automation platforms (ZOHO, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to improve lead tracking, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Oversee A/B testing of website pages, landing pages, and user journeys to improve lead conversion rates and engagement.
  • Enhance website content, structure, and performance to maximize inbound traffic and lead capture effectiveness.
  • Align inbound marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless lead handoff and continuous optimization of the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and report key marketing KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, CPL, CAC) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running marketing campaigns and SEO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or MBA with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, Google Ads, and social media ad campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools (ZOHO or HubSpot ) and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and design teams.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
