The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas. 

Responsibilities

• Managing the complete recruitment cycle by understanding the requirement, screening, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Understanding the client’s needs & delivering value by creating right solutions for them.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Participating in the job fairs & selecting the right candidates as per our requirement.
• Ensure follow-ups & regular communication with the selected candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Job posting on Naukri, indeed & other job portals.
• Maintaining the candidates' database and updating it on regular basis.
• Briefing the shortlisted candidates regarding site requirements before the client interview.
• Going to the employment exchange office whenever required to collect the details of candidates.
• Sending the group SMS regarding any pieces of training, vacancies, or any other general information.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Any other work allotted by the Management.
