Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day retail operations
• Lead the planning and execution of new store openings
• Ensure effective store management and maintenance
• Develop and implement merchandise planning strategies
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient inventory management
• Optimize retail operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any escalated customer concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional activities, product displays, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with govt policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
