Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Apollo Health And Lifestyle Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality patient care and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or diploma in nursing
• Valid nursing license
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in NICU and ward nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records
• Registration with the appropriate nursing council

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical practices
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare practices
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
