Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Handle telephone inquiries, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and authenticity of patient's information and documents.
- Ensure the front office environment is neat, organized, and operates efficiently.
