Job Overview

Apna is looking for a motivated and dynamic CASA Sales Officer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position aimed at individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience at the junior level. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with customers, focusing on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively manage and nurture existing and potential customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to customers and team members.
  • Proven negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets with clients.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain a strong client base.
  • Focus on target achievement to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals continuously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) products.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track and report sales activities, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.
