• Manage client accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

• Facilitate billing processes and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Utilize CRM systems and tools for efficient account management
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)
• Coordinate purchase management and procurement activities
• Manage daily office accounts, expense sheets and produce weekly & monthly analytical reports
