Job Summary:

The Manager - Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and processes of Apidel Technologies.

This position requires a talented and experienced finance professional who can lead a team, ensure accurate financial reporting, provide strategic financial analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and optimize decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with department heads and business partners to develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Proven Experience with GST, TDS, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and proactively suggest improvements.
• Assist with external audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities as required.
• Provide financial expertise and guidance to support business initiatives, projects, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.) or pursuing C.A. Final/Inter CA. A relevant master's degree or CPA/CMA qualification is an add advantage.
• Proven experience of 10+ years as an Accountant or Senior Accountant from the service-based industry.
• Experience with US Accounting would be added benefit/preferred for the role.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
