Job Overview
AIMS OXYGEN PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Junior Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources. As an HR Assistant, you will support various HR functions, including administrative tasks, HRIS management, and benefits administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in administrative support (Mandatory skill) with a strong capability in handling office tasks, data management, and record-keeping.
- HRIS management (Mandatory skill) experience, including managing employee data and processing HR functions in the HRIS system.
- Proficiency in benefits administration (Mandatory skill), ensuring employees receive accurate and timely information regarding their benefits.
- Skilled in recruitment coordination, from posting jobs to liaising with candidates and interviewers.
- Experience in employee onboarding, including organizing orientation sessions and assisting new hires with initial paperwork.
- Proficient in handling employee relations, mediating conflicts and facilitating smooth employee-management communication.
- Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail to maintain accurate HR records.
- Excellent organizational skills, required to juggle a variety of tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data processing and reporting. Process Payroll using HRIS System.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including organizing orientation sessions and completing initial paperwork.
- Assist in employee relations activities, helping to resolve employee issues and maintain positive workplace relationships.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in all HR databases.
- Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed by the HR team.
