Position Summary


We are looking for a talented Retail Human Resource Manager to join our HR Department. You will be mainly responsible for all the HR activities taking place for our retail business and forecast the hiring needs. as a member of the thriving team you are a creative problem solver responsible for the development and delivery in all areas of strategic HR including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management.


Responsibilities


● Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding ● Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover ● Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys keeping the strategy up to date ● Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances ● Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand ● Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives ● Design and implement employee retention strategies ● Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback ● Researching the new trends and advancements in the human resources field.
