Responsibilities
- Work with team to reach alliance and brand goals
- Pre-event marketing collateral coordination and execution with marketing and local team.
- During event co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless execution for our brand and for partner keeping with objectives and deliverables aligned.
- Partnership data collection for further analysis and review during and post event.
- Ad hock tasks as needed to supplement alliance team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure that the marketing is spot on and customer experience is seamless.
- Working hours 9 to 6pm at our Malad, Mumbai office and as required by events i.e. travel across for event execution.
Requirements
- Minimum High School completed
- Graduate preferred with marketing experience
- Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
- Organized, able to multitask, time management skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, Canva
- English and knowledge of basic marketing and collateral management is needed and can be learnt
- Comfortable with traveling for events for a day or two as needed by the company
