- This person will head the Retail and Ecom business, and report into our Head of Retail.
- Business size will be approx Rs 150cr by end of this FY
- Person has to be able to
- Deliver business outcomes: turnover, profitability
- Ensure we deliver world-class customer experiences
- Drive expansion of business through new locations
- Interact and create winning relationships with UA and Asics
- Think through of the business from a 3-5 year perspective.. and draw up strategies accordingly; Make our stores the place to go
- for customers, despite them having many options
- Inventory management/ People management / Ops excellence would be some key elements
