Salary: Max 8 - 9 LPA

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Job Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid)

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and objectives for

programmatic advertising campaigns.

● Create and implement programmatic advertising strategies to meet client objectives

and drive results.

● Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, optimization, and

performance analysis.

● Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance

and recommending optimizations.

● Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

● Ad Operational and Technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical

issues that may arise.

● Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure campaign success and identify areas for

improvement.

● Keep clients informed about new features and updates in the programmatic

advertising landscape.

Needs:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

● Highly process driven and able to implement/suggest process improvements.

● Proven experience in programmatic advertising, using major DSPs and curation

platforms.

● Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, ad tech, and the digital advertising

ecosystem.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

● Familiarity with industry tools and platforms (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.).

● Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

● Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions.

● Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a must.
