Junior Data Analyst

Exp: 2 to 3 years

Job Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Salary: 6 to 7 LPA

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the business analysis of product lines and business units

● Implement data-driven approaches to find the optimal solution for business growth,

from the perspectives of market share, company revenue, user transaction costs, etc.

● Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting

mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboard, to improve efficiency of

fetching and analyzing data.

● Ability to dive into the business, to dig into key-points and problems, to build data

models independently, to output data reports regularly, and to identify business

issues in a timely manner.

● Carry out analysis projects with concrete conclusions and feasible schemes, as well

as drive the implementation of business decisions.

● Build, maintain, and upgrade data pipelines and dashboards

● Perform data pulls, analysis, and reporting

● Perform research operations, such as programming or updating surveys, pulling

player sample, requesting localization, and fielding surveys

● Create and maintain documentation for core workflows, processes, and outputs (data

pipelines, reports, survey process, etc.)

● Identify and pursue sustainability improvements for recurring work

Implement data quality tenets into data flows and offline processes.

● Excellent communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain

complex problems to different types of audiences, including executives

What We Look For In You

● 2+ years experience working extensively with large data sets, data analysis,

visualizations, and pipelines

● Advanced proficiency in Tableau/ PowerBI or other data visualization tools

● Advanced proficiency in SQL; proficient in Python and Excel

● Have good data sensitivity to extract core metrics/indexes from business logic/user

scenarios , and to draw conclusions from massive amounts of data.

● Possess rigorous logical thinking and are skilled at organizing and coordinating

resources to solve problems and achieve collaborative goals between departments.

● You're proactive, self-driven, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to

work well with others as a part of a team.
