EDUCATIONAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

M.E /B. E (Mechanical) with minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in relevant discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Familiar with FPSO topsides and marine Equipment and packages such as Pressure Vessels,

Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Generators, CIP, SWT, PWT, GDU, GTG,

STG, any other mechanical packages, etc.

2. Reviewing of Vendor equipment list for Topsides and Marine equipment.

3. Reviewing of Valves List, line list, Speciality items List, Penetration list.

4. Reviewing of Instrument Index, Signal list, Cable schedule, Electrical Equipment List.

5. Reviewing of material handling equipment list.

6. Upload in Aveva Engineering Database and Generate report in Power BI for compliances.

7. Tag Scan: -Review & comment each supplier documents for any non-compliances, mis

match against power BI report and forward to package Engineer.

8. Tag Doc: Relevant tag to be linked with relevant document for each package, equipment,

instrument, etc.

9. Perform LCI activities as per Specification, Execution Plan and Procedures.

10. Participates in the preparation of equipment lists.

11. Co-ordination with other disciplines, customer, and supplier for interface engineering

12. Vendor monitoring, expediting and manage.

13. Any other relevant activities as defined by the Manager/Lead.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

1. Software knowledge Aveva Engineering, Power BI, MS office, PDF, STID, etc.

2. Good communication skills in English (written and oral)

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

4. Knowledge of International Codes & standards like API, ASME for Vessels, heat exchanges,

pumps, compressors, fan, and steam/Gas turbines.

5. Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.

6. Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility.
